If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 15 minutes after placement, provided the order has not yet entered preparation. Once preparation has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.
