Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Full or partial refund
  • Store credit for future orders

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 15 minutes after placement, provided the order has not yet entered preparation. Once preparation has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.

Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement:

  3. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been consumed or partially consumed
  • Change of mind after delivery (unless quality issue exists)
  • Delivery issues beyond our control (weather, traffic, incorrect address provided)
